What happened and why I've been avoiding this blog
During spring and summer of this year (2005), I got sick a lot. It turns out that all the flour in the bakeshop (probably along with the heat) was severely aggrevating my asthma. After discussing it my doctor and with the chefs, I ended up having to leave the program.
So, I'd been avoiding this blog. Reading it depressed me. Think about posting in it was also depressing.
So that's the reason for my long silence.
But I'd like to start using it again. So, hopefully, I'll start posting here more often.

That is so unfortunate for you...I'm so sorry! :(
I hope you can still use your blog to take pleasure in baking/cooking someday, but take your time and I got your back. :)

Really sorry to hear that :(. That reminds me of one of class mates had to drop the program because she was alergic to the flour. I hated to see her leave.
